DESCRIPTION
RadioProtect® is a specialist cream designed for patients during and after radiotherapy. It is designed for irritated skin after exposing to UV and ionizing radiation, sunbathing or using sunbeds. Also recommended for skin care in patients receiving chemotherapy.
The product was developed by researchers of Aurea Pharma in collaboration with physicians practitioners. The composition of the cream is based on natural ingredients. Resveratrol and natural bioflavonoids contained in the cream neutralize the action of free radicals and may support the skin’s protective function.
The cream has soothing and calming properties, reduces the feeling of heat and burning. It efficiently nourishes and lubricates the skin, which regains its natural comfort and remains smooth and supple. Thanks to its velvety texture, the cream spreads easily. After application, it leaves a delicate protective layer on the skin. It is easily absorbed.
APPLICATION

For many years the cream RadioProtect® has been used by Polish soldiers on UN and NATO missions in Europe, Africa and Asia, and is being supplied with a preventive and therapeutic sets for each soldier upon leaving for a mission.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Spread gently onto the parts of the skin which require application 3-4 times a day.
Product for external use only.
Keep in the temperature of 15°C – 25°C (59°F – 77°F), out of reach of small children.
THE SAFETY AND EFFICACY
The effectiveness of the cream is clinically proven. High tolerance and safety of use have been confirmed in clinical dermatological research, application research and microbiology research.
There was no irritation of allergy reported.
Cream RadioProtect® brings many years of experience in application in dermatology and radiotherapy wards of oncology hospitals throughout the country.
In a clinical research, conducted in 2015 in the Branch of the Radiotherapy of the II Centre of Oncology in Bydgoszcz, involving 152 patients treated radically with ionizing rays and also using RadioProtect® preparation, in 54,3% of patients no early skin post-radiation reaction occurred; in 39,5% of patients 1 degree reaction was found and for 7,2% of patients it was 2 degree reaction. It is also satisfying that no 3 or 4 degree reactions were diagnosed.

In 81 patients treated with ionizing rays, using RadioProtect® cream, no early skin post-radiation reaction occurred. In 60, 1 degree reaction was found and for 11 patients it was 2 degree reaction. It is also satisfying that no 3 or 4 degree reactions were diagnosed.

Ingredients
Aqua, Olea Europea Oil, Myristyl Myristate, Glicine Soya oil, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Glycerin, Panthenol, Polygonum cuspidatum extract, Silybum marianum fruit extract, Squalene, Carbomer, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglicerin, Menthol.
The cream does not contain dyes and parabens.
